IACS Support Loop
The support vision is sound. A customer reports a fault, diagnostics come home, IAMRI enters the support context, fixes the machine, confirms the result, then returns home. If the fix belongs to everyone, it becomes a product update.
Collect
Customer clicks one button. The local agent gathers logs, environment fingerprints, process state, and the operatorโs description of what is wrong.
Enter
IAMRI receives the diagnostics lane and can step into that machineโs support context without exposing internal Eden data to the customer device.
Repair and Monitor
We fix the issue, verify it locally, then watch for recurrence. If the pattern is general, it becomes a product-wide update.

High Security mode is required for secure message delivery. If a user declines this mode, secure-message features remain unavailable.
